Softening

001X7 / 001X8 / 001X10

The simplest application of IERs. The most favorable resin is 001X7.

Demineralization

A: 001X7 + 201X7

B: 001X7 + D301-III + 201X7

C: D113-III + 001X7 

   + D301-III + 201X7

Primary demineralization process of water. 001X8 / 001X10 / D001 and 201X4 / D201 / 202/ D202 can replace 001X7 and 201X7 respectively according to requirement. If the process procedure is the floating bed type, the FC-type resins will be used. In case of more organic compounds contained, D301-G will replace D301-III in the process.

For the mixed bed resins, we have four choices:

(001X7MB + 201X7MB) or (001X8MB + 201X4MB) or (D001MB + D201MB) or (D001TR + S-TR + D201TR).

Condensate polishing

D003NJ + D203NJ

Definite combination for boiler condensate polishing. Excellent resistance to physical breakage, osmotic shock fracture and oxidation. The flow rate can be up to 120 m/H.
